Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 1-4 business days. ( excluding weekends or holidays.

Shipping charges and shipping times for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

For international orders, all fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.)

 

Once available, you will receive an email containing your tracking number.

We are not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

 

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, the customer will be responsible for re-shipping costs. Please review our Return/Refund Policy for more information.
